SMS & Text Messaging Policy

SIM REI Mortgage, LLC DBA Axxis Mortgage ("Axxis Mortgage," "we," "us," or "our") operates a customer care SMS text messaging program to communicate with clients and applicants about their loans, applications, and appointments. This SMS Policy describes how we collect consent, what types of messages we send, message frequency, how to opt out, and your rights under applicable law including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable carrier guidelines.

Our SMS program is powered by Twilio and operates from our toll-free number (844) 961-1911.

1. How We Obtain Consent

We only send text messages to individuals who have provided prior express written consent. Consent may be obtained through one or more of the following methods:

• Checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our SMS opt-in page, online mortgage application, or contact form
• Signing a written consent form during an in-person consultation
• Texting a keyword (such as JOIN or AXXIS) to (844) 961-1911

Consent is not a condition of obtaining a mortgage loan or any other service from Axxis Mortgage. You may decline SMS communications without affecting your application or loan.

2. Types of Messages We Send

Our SMS program is a customer care program. Once you have opted in, you may receive the following types of text messages from Axxis Mortgage:

Transactional & Loan Status Messages

• Mortgage application status updates and notifications
• Document requests and submission confirmations
• Pre-approval and approval notifications
• Closing date reminders and instructions
• Rate lock confirmations and expiration reminders

Appointment & Consultation Reminders

• Upcoming consultation or call reminders
• Follow-up messages after consultations
• Scheduling confirmations and changes

Messages We Do Not Send

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, rate alerts, market updates, or advertising of any kind through our SMS program. Every message we send relates directly to your loan, your application, or a scheduled appointment.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your stage in the loan process. You may receive:

• Transactional & loan status messages: As needed based on your loan activity (typically 1–5 per week during active processing)
• Appointment & consultation reminders: 1–2 messages per scheduled appointment

We send no recurring promotional or marketing messages of any kind. You may reply STOP at any time to stop all messages.

4. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time using any of the following methods:

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Opting out of SMS does not affect your mortgage application or any services you are receiving from Axxis Mortgage.

6. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are not charged by Axxis Mortgage. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Axxis Mortgage does not charge any fees for participation in our SMS program.

7. Privacy of Your Mobile Number

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are treated as personal information under our Privacy Policy. Specifically:

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties
• Your number may be shared with Twilio (our SMS service provider) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf
• Your number may be shared with regulatory bodies if required by law
• We store your consent records including the date, time, and method of opt-in in compliance with TCPA recordkeeping requirements

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier support may vary. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this SMS Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify active SMS subscribers via text message. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
