SIM REI Mortgage, LLC DBA Axxis Mortgage ("Axxis Mortgage," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with clients, applicants, and prospects. This SMS Policy describes how we collect consent, what types of messages we send, message frequency, how to opt out, and your rights under applicable law including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable carrier guidelines.
Our SMS program is powered by Twilio and operates from our toll-free number (844) 961-1911.
TCPA Compliance Statement
We comply fully with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and FCC regulations. We will never send you automated text messages without your prior express written consent.

Example Rate Alert Message
"Axxis Mortgage: Rates dropped today! 30-yr fixed now around 6.5%. Great time to lock or refinance. Call (844) 961-1911 to talk options. Reply STOP to opt out."
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your stage in the loan process and the type of messages you have opted in to receive. You may receive:
- Transactional messages: As needed based on your loan activity (typically 1–10 per week during active processing)
- Appointment reminders: 1–2 messages per scheduled appointment
- Rate & market updates: Up to 3 messages per week
- Marketing messages: No more than 4 messages per month
You may reply STOP at any time to stop all messages, or contact us to adjust the types of messages you receive.
4. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of our SMS program at any time using any of the following methods:
STOP
Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS communications from (844) 961-1911.
QUIT
Reply QUIT as an alternative opt-out keyword. You will be removed from all messaging lists.
CANCEL
Reply CANCEL to unsubscribe. You'll receive one final confirmation and no further messages.
UNSUBSCRIBE
Reply UNSUBSCRIBE to remove your number from our messaging lists immediately.
Opt-Out Confirmation Message
"You have been unsubscribed from Axxis Mortgage SMS messages. You will receive no further texts from (844) 961-1911. Call us at (352) 747-8191 if you need assistance."
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. Opting out of SMS does not affect your mortgage application or any services you are receiving from Axxis Mortgage.

6. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are not charged by Axxis Mortgage. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Axxis Mortgage does not charge any fees for participation in our SMS program.
7. Privacy of Your Mobile Number
Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are treated as personal information under our Privacy Policy. Specifically:
- We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes
- Your number may be shared with Twilio (our SMS service provider) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf
- Your number may be shared with regulatory bodies if required by law
- We store your consent records including the date, time, and method of opt-in in compliance with TCPA recordkeeping requirements
8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier support may vary. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this SMS Policy at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify active SMS subscribers via text message. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
