Originate
Lead by example. Maintain your own active pipeline ($1M+ per month) to stay sharp on guidelines, pricing, and market conditions.

Who We're Looking For.
We're not looking for someone who wants to stop originating. We're looking for someone who wants to build — and understands that their personal production is what gives them credibility with their team.
- ✓Active NMLS License in good standing, with a clean record.
- ✓Proven Production History — minimum 2 years of consistent origination. You know how to close loans, not just talk about closing loans.
- ✓Leadership Experience — prior Team Lead or Senior LO experience preferred. You've mentored someone, run a meeting, or held a team accountable before.
- ✓Recruiting Mindset — you know people in the industry who are underpaid and undervalued. You're willing to make the call.
